Features two large sofas, including one that converts to a double sofa bed (sleeps 2). There’s a large flat-screen TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, iPod dock, and WiFi. Additional sleeping options include a single foam chair bed and a folding guest bed stored in The Monroe Room.

The conservatory dining room overlooks the rear garden and features an extendable table that seats 10. Electronically operated ceiling sunblinds add a touch of comfort.
