Annexed modern kitchen with all of the essentials - four ring gas hob with oven and grill combo, dishwasher, microwave and cafetière. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry annex outside.
Living / dining area
Contemporary open plan living and dining room with two arms chairs and a double sofa bed. Coffee and side tables, floor lamp and recessed shelves, along with 32" Smart TV.
There is a wooden table and four chairs for your dining experience.
Access to the courtyard through the glass doors.
Bedroom
En suite, with a king size bed, side tables and lamps. Occasional chair, clothes storage space provided by the wardrobe and drawers, and a desk that can be used to get ready and pamper or work remotely. A comfortable single air bed is available for children upon request.
