- Quiet Hours & Parties: No parties allowed. Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 pm may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at or after 4 pm; check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and must be pre-approved. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $100 fee per hour.
