This spectacular, completely new apartment with all the amenities is the perfect place for a stay of 2 to 4 people. With two stunning terraces, exquisitely decorated, you will enjoy the best moments in a unique setting.

Terrace with Jacuzzi and Solarium:
One of the terraces features a jacuzzi for 4 people, where you can relax and enjoy a bath surrounded by spectacular views of the entire city. It also has a solarium, an outdoor shower, a relaxation area for drinks or snacks, and a covered area with a sofa and a hanging swing, the perfect spot to spend hours unwinding.

Second 100 m² Terrace:
The other terrace, located on the opposite side of the apartment, is 100 square meters of pure charm. From the moment you enter, you will feel something special. This terrace has a shower and dressing room and is divided into three areas:

Rest and Relax Area: Perfect for reading and enjoying a drink.
Solarium Area: With hammocks to bask in the sun.
Dining Area: Featuring a spectacular gazebo and a table with chairs ideal for enjoying dinners and breakfasts.
The entire terrace is decorated with plants and lights that create a unique ambiance.

The Apartment Interior:
The apartment has two double bedrooms, elegantly decorated and equipped with large beds, wardrobes, mirrors, and beautiful curtains, leaving no detail overlooked.
It also features a full bathroom with a large shower and an additional toilet, along with the two outdoor showers on the terraces.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, spacious, and bright, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes. The living-dining room, with access to one of the terraces, features an antique fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing on the comfortable sofa or enjoying the afternoons and evenings. The glass dining table is spacious, ideal for up to 4 people.

The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring a comfortable and modern stay.

Apartment Rules:

We do not accept groups of young people under 25 years old.
The minimum age for all guests is 25 years.
Bachelor parties are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties, events, or noise at night are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of the stay and the loss of the deposit. We promote quality tourism.

The beds will be prepared and ready for sleeping upon your arrival. Additionally, two towels per person will be provided: one bath towel and one hand towel.

No extra charge will be applied for late arrivals, as the apartment can be accessed autonomously through an electronic lock.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A security deposit is required, the amount of which is detailed in the listing. It must be paid before your arrival. To facilitate the management of the deposit, we use the secure service Swikly, which allows an easy and safe online deposit using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for transfers, ********, or card blocking.

To deposit the security, simply click on the link provided by the owner and follow the steps. The deposit must be completed no later than one month before the start of the stay. Please note that this is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the deposit amount, only authorizing a potential charge in case of damage.

The bank fees related to the deposit (1% of the total amount) will be borne by the guest and charged directly by Swikly when accepting the authorization.

SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGES FOR DAMAGE:

If the property is in perfect cleaning condition and no damage or missing items are found during the inventory at the end of the stay, the bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.

In the case of damage or missing items, the deposit will be processed by Swikly, deducting the amount for the damages and adding an additional 5.6% for management costs.
