Incredible duplex apartment, ideal for up to 4 people. On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room, with both areas perfectly separated. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, television, and several decorative poufs, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The dining area, with a large table and chairs, is located between the kitchen and the living room, offering the perfect atmosphere for enjoying meals.

The kitchen is spacious and independent, fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a coffee maker, dryer, washing machine, oven, stove, and microwave. It is large enough for three people to cook comfortably at the same time. Additionally, there is a separate area with a washing machine and dryer.

The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is completely renovated, with a large corner shower that is both comfortable and functional. On this same floor, there is one of the bedrooms, a double bedroom with two single beds.

The second bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs from the living room. This floor is entirely dedicated to the bedroom, a spacious area with large wardrobes and a double bed. It is equipped with a railing to ensure safety and avoid any risk.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and an additional large fan to provide extra support for the upper floor. To facilitate the deposit process, the owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows you to make the deposit online using a bank card number, without affecting the balance of the guest's account. Swikly eliminates the need for transfers, ******** payments, or card blocking.
To make the security deposit, simply click on the Swikly link provided by the owner and follow the instructions. This process must be completed at least one month before your arrival. Please note that this deposit is not a payment; the guest is only authorizing the charge in the event of damages.
The banking fees associated with the deposit (1% of the total amount) will be borne by the guest and will be charged directly by Swikly upon accepting the authorization.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES: If the property is found clean and in perfect condition, with no damages or missing items during the inventory at the end of the stay, the bank details will be removed within 10 days after check-out.
Otherwise, Swikly will process the deposit, deducting the amount corresponding to damages, plus an additional 5.6% charge to cover the management costs.
