This 3-bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends, located in one of the most sought-after buildings in the Poblenou area. The apartment offers air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. It has a spacious and well-designed layout, featuring 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds). The living room is large, bright, and sunlit, with access to a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, making it an ideal spot to relax, enjoy a cup of tea, or sip some wine. The peaceful atmosphere and city views from the balcony add to the charm of this space.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment also features a large bathroom with a shower enclosed by a glass screen, offering enough space for multiple people to use it at once without discomfort. A small laundry area is provided in the bathroom with a washing machine.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated with modern, high-quality furniture. It also offers excellent Wi-Fi. It is the perfect base for a vacation or a business trip in Barcelona. The metro is just a short walk away, with two different lines (red and yellow) nearby. There is no elevator, but the apartment is on the first floor with very few steps to climb.

The entry is through an electronic lock for added convenience.

Apartment Rules:

We do not accept groups of young people with members under 25 years old. The minimum age for all guests in the group is 25. We do not accept guests attending bachelor parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events, and loud noise at night are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and forfeiture of the security deposit. We are committed to providing quality tourism.

The apartment is located in a residential building on the first floor. Please note that there is no elevator for access to the apartment.
