High-end newer build beach farmhouse with BACKYARD POOL & HOT TUB (open April-October), open gourmet Kitchen/Living/Dining, indoor/outdoor access, spa-like primary suite with separate soaking tub, second living area, two gas fireplaces, front porch and all basics, plus linens/towels and pool towels included! Pet friendly for $100 extra per stay, and pool is heated too at no extra cost!
Enter the home from the large, inviting front porch featuring wood rocking chairs, and there is a bedroom suite to the right. Down the hall is an open living room connected to both a gourmet kitchen with quartz bar and counter, dining room with seating for 10, and an L-shaped double wall of windows looking out to the landscaped backyard, pool and hot tub. There are patio seating and lounge chairs too. Upstairs are two large bedroom suites including a spa-like primary bedroom and bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and separate soaking tub, plus a washer and dryer. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a second living room, plus a second washer and dryer.
Guests can access the home using the electronic keypad on the front door, which has codes that are automatically activated and deactivated automatically for security.
Enjoy this fantastic IN TOWN location just a 15 minute walk to the beach, and just a few blocks to Dogfish Head, Sazio, Cultured Pearl, Lupo and other fine restaurants and entertainment venues! 4 car parking on the property with no permits necessary. Parking permits available nearby for beach and town parking, or parking on the street. Note- sometimes the spaces near the street are occupied by cars illegally- we are not responsible for this but will help you to have them towed if necessary.
The home is near the iconic traffic circle at the entrance to the town of Rehoboth Beach. With easy access to the Royal Farms (across the street), you'll easily be able to replenish basics during your stay. A few blocks down is Dogfish Head, Lupo, Fins and Cultured Pearl, and just a little further down are other favorites like Henlopen City Oyster House, plus Salt Air, Drift and the new favorite, Bodhi. You'll love the opportunities to hear live music, live theater, and of course, the BEACH just minutes away from the home on foot!
Parking is free in our driveway, and during the high season from May 15 - Sept 15, you'll need a parking permit for street parking. Where to get parking permits:
Parking Department - 1 City Hall Drive, behind 30 Lake Avenue
Seasonal parking permits (transferable, non-transferable, and scooter) are available from the parking department beginning the first Monday of April. See parking department hours.
Kiosk at 408 Rehoboth Avenue coming into town after crossing the drawbridge and going through the traffic circle. This kiosk is open daily 8:30 am-2:45 pm during the summer season.
