A second bedroom with two double beds has access to a nearby service bathroom, or the full bathroom in the service room, which features a double bed and is accessed through the laundry area. The fully equipped laundry room boasts two washers and dryers for your convenience.

This level also includes a dining room with seating for 8, a bar area for 5, a kitchen with modern appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, and oven), and a cozy living room with a TV. Step outside to enjoy the private patio, which features a grill, a fire pit with seating for 8, and a luxurious jacuzzi with a waterfall—perfect for unwinding in the evenings.

First Floor:
The first floor hosts three beautifully appointed bedrooms. One bedroom includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two other bedrooms each feature two double beds and full bathrooms. A small terrace with a garden table for 6 offers a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening chat.

Second Floor:
The second-floor terrace is a true highlight of the home. This expansive space features a garden room, a dining table for 8, and a bar with a grill. We can also arrange a car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we can arrange private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport.
