As you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the grand courtyard that is adorned with lush greenery and a tranquil fountain feature, various outdoor seating areas, and an outdoor dining table, giving you plenty of options to enjoy the beautiful weather that San Miguel has to offer.

As you move through the courtyard, you'll discover a private oasis with an outdoor heated pool with sun loungers and an outdoor living area that includes a bar, a seating lounge with fireplace, smart TV, wine fridge, games, and ceiling fans. The outdoor lounge & bar make the pool a prime location for daytime or nighttime entertainment for you and your group. And, the house includes a yoga workout room with exercise equipment overlooking the pool, offering a serene space to rejuvenate the mind and body.

The ground floor features three (3) formal living rooms, each with its own fireplace. The primary living room includes a Smart TV with streaming apps, an Apple TV, a Sonos sound bar & surround sound for ultimate entertainment, and a guest bathroom.

The 2 additional formal living rooms are uniquely designed and offer ample space for you and your group to kick back and socialize. They flow through the house and lead directly into the formal dining room, with seating for 10 guests, so you can enjoy in-home dining and move into the living areas for an after dinner cocktail. The kitchen is well-equipped with all cooking & dining necessities and is very close to the dining room, allowing for convenient serving.

The villa boasts a grand circular staircase leading to the top floor, where you'll discover the bedrooms, located on the second and third floors. Each floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The second floor includes one bedroom with a king bed, private ensuite bathroom and a private patio, while the other 2 bedrooms have space to sleep up to 8 guests, using the double bunk beds featuring 4 double size mattresses.

The third floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub & shower, and private rooftop patio that overlooks the Parroquia. The other bedrooms include a queen-size bed and a double-size daybed for additional guests.

All of the primary bedrooms have air conditioning & heating, blackout shades and luxury hotel linens & bedding for a restful night's sleep. All but one of the bathrooms include a bathtub & shower; and all bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials, towels, and luxurious soaps.

On the third floor, you’ll also discover the private rooftop terrace boasting beautiful sunset views and direct views of the city of San Miguel and the iconic Parroquia.

Villa Garita is on the famous calle De La Garita, just a few blocks from the town center allowing for amazing views of the city and exquisite sunsets. It is walking distance (5 minutes) to the best restaurant, nightlife, museums and entertainment.
Convenience is at your fingertips, with taxis and Uber just steps away, ready to transport you to stores, restaurants, cathedrals, art galleries, and more. Taxis are only $80 MXN pesos. They are easy to find, just hold your hand up to grab a green taxi.

We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport. Contact us for a car service.
The house includes daily housekeeping service, except on Sundays. And, there is a parking space for one (1) small to medium-sized car on the property.
