The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras. And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00. Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day: 2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day 3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in ******** or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. This deposit will be reimnursed 2 days after Check Out if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
