Welcome to our Poolside Paradise Suite in the heart of Ajijic. Every aspect of this bedroom accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and satisfaction. The interior boasts spacious and elegantly furnished living areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

This is 2 beautiful studio suites (7A &7B) right one above other at second floors of the building, promises an unforgettable stay. With complimentary in-room amenities and access to the building's shared outdoor pool and rooftop with stunning mountain vistas, your stay is sure to be both convenient and thoroughly enjoyable.

- Accessible rooftop with amazing mountain view for the guests.

Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning ot TV installed. However, we have ceiling fan installed for your convenience.
Upon arriving at the property, use the code provided to open the smart lock on the building gate and gain access. On the left side of the building proceed to the second floor and look for unit doors #7A and #7B.

You will find a lockbox there. Enter the code followed by the # key to retrieve the key inside the lockbox.

This studio suite is a private accommodation and will not be shared with any other guests during your stay.

Note: The rooftop with amazing mountain views, outdoor pool, and laundry facilities are shared with the other tenants in the building.

Important Information for Guests:

Guest Verification Link: Verify your identity through the "Restavio Guest Verification" link to receive extra protection during your stay. Failure to comply may lead to reservation cancellation with a 15% booking fee.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed, except for service dogs. Please inform property management in advance if you have a service dog.

Refrigerator Temperature: Maintain the freezer at level 9 and the refrigerator at level 2 to prevent sensor failure.

Children Safety: Supervise children near stairs and pool areas. Pool hours are from 9 am to 10 pm.

Air Conditioning: This unit does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans are provided.

House Rules:

1. General Rules: No illegal drugs, smoking, loud noises, or music. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only one set of towels is provided per registered guest.
2. Maximum Number of Guests: Only the registered number of guests are allowed with additional fees for extra persons.
3. Cooking Essentials: Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and cookware are provided.

* Please contact us in advance to check availability and applicable fees.
* Without confirmation, standard check-in time applies.

5.⁠ ⁠Late Check-Out:
* Late check-out until 3:00 PM is * subject to approval* and fees.
* Kindly request approval in advance. Without confirmation, the standard check-out time must be followed.

6.⁠ ⁠Luggage Drop-Off Service:
* Luggage drop-off is available from 12:00 PM * with prior approval*.
* Please request approval in advance to confirm availability.
* Without confirmation, luggage cannot be dropped off before the official check-in time.
* Additional fees may apply for this service.
* Please store luggage in the designated area and avoid placing food in the fridge until check-in.
