Enjoy this sprawling, private Florida home surrounded by lush palms. You will enter into a large foyer with sliding doors to the pool and French doors that open to a large living room with TV, workstation, and wraparound queen sleeper sofa. This is an optional 3rd bedroom.
Passing through the foyer, you’ll arrive in the heart of the house, an open concept kitchen and living room with sliding doors to the pool. Walk down a step to the entertainment room on your way to the lanai in the back of the house. Turn back into the house, through the entertainment room and living room to a hallway leading to the two bedrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and sliding doors to the pool and a small en suite bath with a window to the pool area. The second bedroom also has a king bed. Both the primary and secondary bedrooms have ample closet space.
The pool and patio were completely renovated in Summer 2022. The pool is heated and recently converted to saltwater. The pool features a fountain for added ambiance. Four lounger chairs with umbrellas surround the pool, as well as a table that seats 8. There is a little path through the palms around the pool.
Guests have access to the entire house and property. The closet in the front room and several cabinets are locked with the owner’s property.
Wilton Manors borders Fort Lauderdale to the North and is about a 10 minute car ride to the beach. It is a thriving small city known for its diversity, and particularly its large LGBTQ+ community.
The heart of Wilton Manors is Wilton Drive, a thoroughfare that features many independent restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs.
The house has parking for up to 4 cars. The house is a 5 minute walk to to the nearest grocery store and pharmacy, as well as the end of Wilton Drive. You can walk anywhere on Wilton Drive within 20 minutes from the house. Ubers are also readily available. The city of Wilton Manors also has an electric golf cart shuttle service called Circuit that can take you around the city.
