This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features two beautiful bedrooms and a luxurious Rainshower bathroom.

In the condo, you'll find new flooring, a concrete boutique design, a stocked kitchen, 150 Mbps WiFi, and a UHD LED TV with free streaming of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.

We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.

Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from Shands and UF. It couldn't be better situated!

Parking is free in front of the building.

Located next to Shands, UF, VA, and a stone's throw away from Butler Plaza and Downtown Gainesville. It's the perfect jump-off to the Gainesville area!
The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system. There is a bus stop right outside of the condo.
-NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
-NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
-NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
-NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

Please also keep in mind that we require that all of our guests fill a check in form with an email and phone number, as well as the reason for your stay, so we can make sure to better cater to your stay!

-You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

- Please ALWAYS use a parking decal--roam towing is enforced; $200 FEE if the decal is lost

Cancellation Fees - Applicable only for ******** and direct bookings:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
