Welcome to my fully renovated Golden Hill home, an all-around perfect choice for your next group trip to San Diego! Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, an intimate retreat, a family vacation, or even a work-from-home space, our cozy and well-equipped house offers everything you need.
Just minutes from Downtown, Hillcrest, Mission Valley and Pacific Beach, its centralized location is the perfect home base for the San Diego explorer.
Our charming home features a unique layout and modern decor, providing a comfortable and stylish atmosphere for your stay. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming space to relax and socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks at your convenience.
The main house consists of four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable sleeping environment. The attached studio offers additional privacy and includes its own private kitchen and full bathroom, making it perfect for extended stays or larger groups. In total, this property has 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 12 guests. Please note that the fifth bedroom is a trundle bed.
One of the highlights of our property is the private yard, where you'll find a large hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hot tub is spacious enough to accommodate your entire group, providing a relaxing oasis for everyone to enjoy. You can soak in the warm water while enjoying the pleasant San Diego weather.
Guests have access to the entire home, which includes a 4br main house, and an attached studio with its own private kitchen and full bath. Additionally, guests will have access to their own private yard with a hot tub big enough for the whole group to enjoy. The entire property is 100% private to your group.
There is room for two small vehicles in the driveway, or street parking is free and an option as well.
The location of the home is one of its best attributes! Located centrally in Golden Hill, one of San Diego's most historic and architecturally eclectic zones, it’s only a few blocks from Downtown Gaslamp, and a short ride to Hillcrest, North Park, South Park, National City and Coronado Island. The home is also in a safe family neighborhood.

Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• While we love pets, unfortunately we do not allow pets at the property. Legitimate service animals are more than welcome.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit and a fee of $750 to cover the cost of smoke remediation.
VISITORS, EVENTS, & GATHERINGS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
• We want our guests to enjoy the home, but not at the expense of our neighbors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints during quiet hours, which are daily from 10PM-8AM. Please be a positive member of our community when staying with us.
• Events and gatherings must be approved by the host.
SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
