A 48 sqm one-bedroom apartment for up to 2 people, with a spacious living room, dining area and balcony, is available in the city center. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, cookware and utensils. The bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed and a workspace, while the modern bathroom comes with a well-lit vanity and a stand-in shower, with one towel per guest provided. The apartment is suitable for long-term stays, with laptop-friendly workspaces and a private washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry facilities. Iron and iron board are available, and guests have exclusive and free access to the building's private pool. Free parking space is available in the building, and public transport is easily accessible.
Our check-in is contactless and completely independent. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, refreshing the page or using the same link, you will have access to your personal and private Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
