Our lovely apartment is 15 min from the airport and 12 min from the city centre, making it ideal for leisure and work. Bus stops are also conveniently located close to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and views. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Contactless check-in is available for added convenience. Whether you're in town for work or to relax, this apartment will make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
This one-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate up to 2 people, is 62 sqm in size and features a spacious living room with a Smart TV (Netflix, HBO, and other apps) and a balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, and utensils. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, and the modern bathroom has a well-lit vanity and a stand-in shower with a towel provided for each guest. This apartment is suitable for long-term stays and has laptop-friendly workspaces for the convenience of remote workers or business travelers. Private laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, are also available. The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation, which is free to use, and can take you into the city.

There are some undergoing renovations at the moment. As such, there could be some construction noise during daytime hours. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. This apartment is located in the Cessange district, where you can find a variety of restaurants just 2 minutes away. The main attractions of the city are just 11 minutes away by car. The apartment is also within driving distance of the Cloche d'Or shopping center, where you can find an array of amenities including bars, cafes, supermarkets, shopping, cinemas, and more. Public transportation is easily accessible and free to use, allowing you to easily explore the city. This apartment is a delightful place to stay, providing you with a convenient location and easy access to a variety of local attractions.
Studio is 8 - 10 mins drive from main the train / bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
Studio can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 12- 15 min.

Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.

Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
