This lovely home is suited for 7 guests. There are 2 queen beds and 3 large king single beds. When you arrive to stay you will be welcomed with a gift of wine and welcome compendium. The house is fitted out with quality comfortable furnishings and is suitable for a wide array of visitors to Perth and Fremantle. We hope you make this home yours for the duration of your stay. We will not be at the house during your stay, but if you need us, we are only a phone call away. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The house is family ready and friendly. Well fit out kitchen and bathrooms are, well-lit and clean. Two TVs and two living areas. A dedicated desk space in the second living room. Both bathrooms have baths and showers. Enjoy your free Wifi and Netflix. Laundry with washer and dryer is available. A large undercover patio with a BBQ and outdoor setting plus couch is great for that afternoon nap or for sharing a drink or coffee with friends and family. Time to relax and enjoy Perth’s beautiful weather.

A great space for persons wanting to be close to Coogee and South Beaches for safe swimming, snorkelling and diving. Only 25 minutes to the city. Public transport is available. Room for three cars in the carport and extra parking space available. Fremantle is one of the easiest cities in the world to explore by foot or bike. All leading attractions are located within walking distance of the Fremantle Train Station and the free Fremantle CAT bus completes regular circuits around the city stopping at popular places of interest and offering easy access to major attractions and venues. Visits can also hire a bike from the Fremantle Visitor Centre or join a guided tour.

Guests must provide photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by channel message or email.
Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
