This spacious two-story home is perfect for big families and friend groups traveling together to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is inside the gated Solterra Resort Community where guests of this property have access to the phenomenal clubhouse with a pool, lazy river, a poolside restaurant, tennis courts, and a 24-hour fitness center. The chic, neutral color palette, modern décor, quality linens, and fixtures provide the ideal place to rest and recharge after days of having a ton of fun!

The main spaces of the home:

- LUMINOUS OPEN FLOOR PLAN that’s wonderful for interacting with your family and loved ones.

- MAIN LIVING ROOM features a large plush sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. There is direct access through sliding glass doors that lead to the patio.

- A BACK PATIO and PRIVATE POOL with a sun deck and loungers, and a COVERED DINING AREA with a BBQ grill (for a rental fee). It’s the perfect setup for pool days/nights at home!

- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops, quality appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, and DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!

- A BREAKFAST BAR in the kitchen where you can relax as you meal prep, keep the cook/s company, or accommodate extra seating for sit-down meals. This spot can also provide a comfortable place to work on your laptop if needed.

- A DINING AREA with an elegant table for peaceful sit-down meals at home and good conversation.

- 5 BEDROOMS and 4.5 BATHROOMS to accommodate 12 guests as such:

There is also designated street parking in parts of the resort if needed. This parking is first come first serve.
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay. Guests have access to the community’s resort amenities too such as the clubhouse with a pool, lazy river, a poolside restaurant, tennis courts, and a 24-hour fitness center.
The Solterra Resort community where the home is located is conveniently within minutes of major superstores like ********, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. Its central location offers so much value in terms of time spent looking for fun things for you and your family to do. And the community offers resort-style amenities like:

- A clubhouse with a luxury resort-style pool and cabanas for lounging
- A poolside tiki bar and grill, a lazy river to float around on a day off from the theme parks
- A giant pool with a waterslide and a “tot lot” for kids
- Recreational activities such as a volleyball court, tennis court, walking trail, fitness center, and top-rated nearby golf courses
- Great local restaurants, shopping, outlets & Disney Springs w/loads of activity also nearby

Sanitized luxurious hotel linens (T-300) and towels of 100% cotton (soft and absorbent)are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item.

We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like it heated, as it takes time to heat the pool fully.
There’s an additional fee of $35 if pool heating is requested at check-in or later, as we’ll have to send a technician.

The BBQ grill at the property is available for a $120/week rental fee (full propane tank included).

All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply.
