The main spaces of this 120 sqm|1291 sq ft. 2 bedroom house:
- A rustic-modern decor of cheerful hues, hardwood flooring, carpets, high ceilings, and sunlight through the windows that naturally brighten up this great living space! There’s a sofa and seating space for all during downtime moments at home.
- A fabulous dining room with a chandelier and a lovely dining table that seats up to 6 comfortably for a wonderful sit-down meal at home.
- There’s a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. It’s great when you don’t feel like going out to eat.
- There is one spacious bathroom with a stand-in shower.
- There are 2 stylish bedrooms with king-sized beds, designed for comfort to accommodate 4 guests.
- There’s a private patio and a garden for when you want to step out for some fresh air, sunbathe, have your morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or perhaps just check the weather.
- There’s a washer/dryer, iron, and hairdryer for added convenience and free for guest use.

You’ll find this just outside the city center, with supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and great public transport options within walking distance. You can even walk to the city center in 15 minutes.
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The home is just a 5-min drive or 15-min walk to the city center. There are a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and specialty shops within walking distance of the home. You can enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.

If you’re arriving by car, there is paid street parking between 9 to 18 on weekdays. Weekends are free.

Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
