Escape to the sun-soaked paradise of San Diego where bad days simply don't exist! Our Pacific Beach haven welcomes you and fellow travelers to unwind, relax, and embrace the ultimate beach escape just moments away from the stunning Mission Bay.

In 2020, we collaborated with a talented local interior designer to transform this space into a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality. The result is a haven where you can truly kick back and soak in the San Diego vibes.
Inside, you'll find bedrooms adorned with comfy queen-size beds, promising a peaceful night's sleep for everyone. The living room is all set with a convenient queen-size pull-out sofa bed, providing extra options for a comfy stay.

Convenience meets practicality as you gain access to shared laundry facilities, making life just a bit easier. And since we're pet-friendly, your furry companions are more than welcome to join in the adventure.

Your comfort is paramount here. With secure smart locks and an assigned parking spot, you can come and go as you please. Plus, there's plenty of unrestricted street parking throughout the neighborhood for added convenience.

Step into your private front yard and savor San Diego's picture-perfect weather every morning. Fire up the BBQ or whip up a local delicacy on the quartz countertops in our newly remodeled kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you'll need.

When you're not out exploring San Diego, come back to the sectional for chats, reading, or a movie night on the Smart TV, loaded with apps and Hulu. Outside, you'll find a private yard with four chairs and a firepit—ideal for laid-back evenings and quality time.

Just a few things to keep in mind:
1. We have another separate studio ******** next door, but everything featured in these pictures is exclusive to you and your rental unit. The home is a duplex, so the studio shares a wall with the studio. The studio also has access to the washer/dryer which is in a separate structure. Please let us know if you're interested in renting both units together!
2. You are agreeing to not smoke inside the home.
3. We are being extremely cautious when cleaning this home for your safety. There is a robust cleaning checklist we go through between each stay and our cleaning staff has the enhanced cleaning criteria based on WHO and CDC guidelines. We have always held high standards of cleaning, and we are continuing to do our part to provide you a safe place to enjoy.

Entry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and any other relevant details for entry.
Pacific Beach is known to be one of San Diego's most vibrant and fun neighborhoods! The beach-front neighborhood is just north of Downtown San Diego and is brimming with exceptional restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Spend the day enjoying the beach (<3 mi), renting jet-skis at Mission Bay (<2 mi), or visiting any of the endless attractions in the area! We suggest visiting Seaworld (4 mi), exploring the San Diego Zoo (8 mi), swimming in the beautiful waters of Mission Bay (2 mi), taking in historical Old Town (5 mi), enjoying the lucious shores at La Jolla (5 mi), and much much more!
Conveniently located next to Mission Bay, this home is the perfect headquarters for your next visit to San Diego. Walk, ride bikes, electric scooters, or drive to explore all the city has to offer.
While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

LOCALS
• Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord, and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of San Diego). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, have an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare and contrast each policy or e-mail details to yourself, and offer a wide range from standard policies to 5 star coverage.
