Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the house, with the left side preferred.

Extra Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. If you want to bring more people, please ask us to check availability.
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the house; smoking is allowed outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Bathroom Use: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products or wipes. If these items clog the system, you will be charged for damages.
Cleanliness: We keep the place very clean, and you’re paying a small cleaning fee. Extra charges apply if you leave a mess, smoke inside, or your pet sleeps on beds or furniture. We provide pet baskets and bowls if needed.
Pet Policy: Pets must be supervised to avoid accidents. They must be crated when you’re not home and are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please pick up after your pets.
Pet Bedding Charges: If pets sleep on beds, all bedding, including ptotectors, will need to be washed, disinfected, and you will be charged.
Food and Trash: Don’t leave food unattended, and please take out the trash before you leave. Place it in the outdoor bin.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise down, especially after 11 PM, to be considerate of the neighbors.
Shared Parking: Parking is shared with neighbors. Please don’t use all the spaces.
Flexible Check-In/Out: Check-in and check-out times are flexible if we don’t have other guests arriving. Just ask us.
Self Check-In/Out: You can check in and out on your own using our key safe box. Instructions will be provided, so you don’t have to worry about meeting us.
