Bright spacious one-bedroom apartment. Gorgeous mountain views. Huge patio to enjoy the Cape Town sunshine. Situated in the heart of Observatory. We have 24 hours secured parking in the building with a magnificent rooftop pool and entertainment area.
Our address is: Unit 408, The Winchester. Cnr 232 Main Rd, & Kotzee Observatory. Cape Town.
The Entrance to the building is on Kotzee Road.
On arrival please ask Security if you can park in a visitor's Bay while you check in.
You will find your key in the 408 postbox in the foyer - this is protected by a coded key lockbox, the code for which will be sent to you prior to check-in.
Collect keys from post box and proceed to the concierge desk in the Foyer.
The remote gives you access to the parking area and the grey disc gains access to the Swimming pool on 8th floor and the Gym on the ground floor.
There is a house manual in the apartment with helpful info on groceries, restaurants, activities and tours.
Should you require anything else - please just shout.
My mobile is +******** hour concierge desk. Communal gym. Communal roof top pool and sundeck with loungers. Daily Grind coffee shop on the ground floor in reception area. Private entry to the apartment. Private Patio. The bedroom has shutters to close off for privacy if you are sharing with a third person. Parking Bay included inside the building with direct access to the apartment via the lift. Stairwell access as well. Safe secure and in a great neighbourhood
This apartment is in the middle of all tourist destinations with easy access to the city, winelands, universities, schools, Kirstenbosch Gardens and of course Table Mountain and the beaches on both sides of the peninsula. There is a fabulous coffee shop in the building, fast food chains next door and a bunch of shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood is trendy, eclectic, full of students and young entrepreneurs. Nearby Woodstock showcases bespoke African designer goods. There is a mashy golf course close-by.
We have a dedicated parking bay underground in the parking garage with easy lift access to your apartment.
If you do not have your own car, we recommend Uber as a fast, easy way to get around Cape Town - they will collect you from the front door of the block, you can order form your apartment.
