Nice apartment, totally new and renovated, we have just prepared it so that our guests have the greatest comfort.
The apartment is located in the Sant Martí area, it is one of the most requested areas currently. The metro and the bus are very close to the apartment, the train station is also very close, so you can visit towns located on the outskirts of the city.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and internet connection.
It is a third floor and there is an elevator in the building.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: a double room with a double bed and a single room with a single bed.
The two bedrooms are very equipped and have large closets to store clothes and personal belongings.
Both rooms have a powerful ceiling fan, are bright and very comfortable.

The completely new and equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably and live for a long time. It is a kitchen open to the living room, comfortable and very functional.
The living-dining room is large and spacious, has large windows, and is very bright. The living room area with a large TV is very separated from the dining area, which has a nice round table and chairs. It is the perfect place for lunches, dinners and breakfasts and also for teleworking.

The bathroom is all new, there is space to store and store all the guests' belongings. There is a large shower with a screen, a toilet area with a cabinet with drawers and storage space.

This apartment is perfect for a nice stay in Barcelona, ​​whether for a study or work stay.

APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.

The apartment is located in a residential building.
We use smart locks to open the door of the accommodation. For the safety of our guests, the doors are opened with their mobile phone with a 100% safe and personalized system.
The Clot neighborhood in Barcelona is one of those places that, no matter how many years go by, continues to maintain its original charm.
It has a family atmosphere with long-time neighbors and university students who fall in love with its atmosphere if you are new to the city.
In this neighborhood there are charming corners that are well worth a walk. One of them is Rogent Street, a pedestrian street, full of terraces, that crosses the entire neighborhood until reaching the next neighborhood: Camp de l'Arpa. This place has local shops, and typical Catalan food restaurants and, without a doubt, a charming atmosphere that makes it one of the commercial hubs of the neighborhood.

It is very typical to go to make vermouth on Sundays, in some of its famous taverns such as Rovell del Clot; or have breakfast at one of its traditional bakeries such as Forn Elias.

You can walk to the beach, but it is a 25-minute walk, there is also a neighborhood bus that goes directly to the beach. .
It is a very lively neighborhood with many shops and many interesting places where you can shop, there are also restaurants and nice cafes.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).

Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
