Apartment Rules:

The minimum age for all guests is 25 years.

Prohibitions:
Smoking in any area of the apartment.
Pets.
Parties, events, or nighttime noise.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit.

Collblanc is a landmark neighborhood in District 3 of Hospitalet de Llobregat, known for its rich cultural atmosphere and architectural gems. In the lively Plaza del Mercado, you’ll find the Collblanc Market, an Art Deco building designed by architect Ramón Puig i Gairalt, who also created the iconic Teatre Joventut.

The neighborhood is also home to the Parque de la Marquesa, a green space ideal for relaxation, featuring the Torre Barrina, a former 19th-century farmhouse transformed into a modern multimedia cultural center.

Additionally, its strategic location places it very close to the Fira de Barcelona and Camp Nou, providing easy access to both cultural and sporting events.
There’s no need to use a car during your stay, as the apartment is perfectly connected to public transportation. The best option is the metro, located just a few meters away. The red line takes you directly to Plaza Cataluña, making it easy to get around the city.

Included Services:
Basic Amenities: Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as toilet paper, are provided as a courtesy upon arrival. If you need to restock them during your stay, this will be at your own expense.

We do not provide food items such as water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we do not have the necessary permits to serve food.

Bed Linens and Towels:
Beds will be ready for use upon your arrival.
Each guest will receive two personal towels: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Self Check-in:
Arrivals outside the established check-in times are free of charge, thanks to the autonomous access system with an electronic lock.

Deposit:
A security deposit is required, and the amount is detailed in the listing. This must be provided before arrival using the secure Swikly service.

About Swikly:
Swikly allows for an easy and secure online deposit using only a bank card number.
No charge is made to the guest's bank account; only a pre-authorization is issued for potential damages.
The bank fees for the deposit (1% of the deposit amount) are the guest's responsibility and will be charged directly by Swikly upon accepting the authorization.
The deposit must be completed no later than one month before the start of the stay via a link provided by the owner.

Damage Deposit Policy:
If the property is found to be clean and undamaged after the stay, the bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days.
In case of damages or missing items, the owner will notify the guest, and Swikly will process the damage charges. This will include the corresponding amount plus an additional 5.6% for management fees.
