From Calle Bismarck, you will be just a few minutes away from Parc Güell, one of the most iconic places in the city, designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. In addition, the Vallcarca metro station is nearby, which will allow you to move easily around the city and access other important tourist areas, such as Eixample, La Sagrada Familia, or Passeig de Gràcia.

From our apartment located in the Gràcia neighborhood, you have several options to move around comfortably and explore Barcelona:

Metro:
The nearest metro station is Vallcarca (L3, the green line), which is about a 10-minute walk from Calle Bismarck. This line connects to several key points in the city, such as Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, and Sants train station, and is also very useful for reaching the Sagrada Familia.
From Vallcarca, you can also transfer to other metro lines, such as L5 (blue) or L2 (purple), to get to other parts of the city.

Buses:
There are several bus stops near Calle Bismarck, allowing you to quickly and comfortably reach other areas of the city. Buses are an ideal option if you prefer moving around the city without having to make transfers.
Some of the lines you can take are H6, 33, and 87, which connect to places like Parc de la Ciutadella, Poble Sec, and Eixample.

Arrival outside of the established hours will not incur any additional cost, as access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit will be requested, and its amount is specified in the listing. This must be paid before arrival. To facilitate deposit management, the owner uses the Swikly service, a secure platform that allows online deposits using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or credit card holds. To proceed with the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the provided instructions, at least one month before the start of the stay. This process does not constitute a payment; the guest authorizes the charge only in case of damages.

Banking fees related to the deposit will be borne by the guest, and Swikly will charge them directly upon accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

Damage Deposit Charge:
If, at the end of the stay, the property is found to be in an appropriate state of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are detected during the inventory check, the bank details will be removed no later than 10 days after check-out.
If, on the other hand, damages are found, Swikly will charge the damage deposit, deducting the cost of the damages and an additional 5.6% for administrative fees.
