The kitchen is American type, new, equipped, with everything you need to cook and prepare romantic dinners, next to it is the dining room that is also part of the same area, the dining table is perfect for two people and the armchairs that form the lounge area together with the Tv manage to give a very special atmosphere.
The night area consists of the bedroom, with a large double bed, very large and Japanese style, it is perfect. Next to it, you will find the strongest point of this apartment, since you have an impressive and huge round jacuzzi that will delight all our guests, you will not find any other accommodation in the whole city with these characteristics, it is a unique place.
Besides all this, the apartment has a small interior terrace decorated all in wood, ideal to enjoy it at any time of the year.
This apartment is decorated with exquisite taste, it is very cozy and super romantic, bright and well equipped, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are some of all the equipment it offers. It is the perfect place for a couple's weekend getaway or a romantic couple's vacation.

We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival out of hours has no extra cost, because the entrance is autonomous through an electronic lock.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
