Nestled at the top of the hill, right next to the famous “Mirador” overlooking the city, this luxury villa combines old-world charm with modern comforts, offering breathtaking panoramic views of San Miguel de Allende.

The main house features 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms each have a king bed and their own private bathroom, while the fifth bedroom offers two queen beds in the same room with a dedicated ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom is uniquely decorated with authentic Mexican tiles and updated fixtures, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The additional casita is a separate apartment and is located just outside the main house, in the courtyard, and offers extra privacy for additional guests. The casita includes a living room with TV, small kitchen with an oven/stove and refrigerator for basic cooking needs, a full-size bathroom, and a loft-style bedroom with king bed, air conditioning and a small desk. All rooms are furnished with luxury hotel linens and essential bathroom amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The expansive living room spans the length of the home, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. A separate TV room with lounge seating, a bar, piano, and original artwork allows guests to step back in time with décor that reflects the Pedro Vargas era. The home is filled with historic keepsakes and details that preserve its rich legacy.

Outside, enjoy a 16-person jacuzzi hot tub/pool, perfect for gatherings and relaxation, along with a built-in fire pit to warm up on cool nights. The spacious grassy area and outdoor seating make it ideal for relaxation or hosting outdoor events.
