Outdoor Living & Entertainment:

Step outside and be greeted by a beautiful terrace complete with outdoor dining, a grill, a cozy firepit, and lounge seating—ideal for soaking up the outdoors or enjoying evening cocktails. Just off the terrace, you’ll find a game room featuring a large flat-screen TV, game table, bar, lounge seating, and an indoor fireplace, creating the ultimate entertainment space.

For relaxation, indulge in the hot tub with a fountain feature, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs. There are two outdoor dining areas, perfect for al fresco meals in San Miguel’s ideal climate. The villa’s living room boasts large sliding doors that open onto an outdoor dining area, allowing you to effortlessly bring the outdoors in.

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully designed living space that seamlessly blends comfort with sophistication. The large dining room seats up to 10 guests, providing the perfect setting for family meals or entertaining friends.

The dream culinary kitchen is every chef's fantasy, equipped with high-end appliances, including a double refrigerator, stove with a double oven, microwave, built-in coffee and espresso machine, wine refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dinnerware and cooking utensils you could need to create gourmet meals.

Bedrooms & Comfort:

Each of the villa’s well-appointed bedrooms offers the ultimate comfort with hotel-quality linens, a TV, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe. Every bedroom also comes with its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests, and includes luxury soaps to indulge in.

Located in the prestigious Ventanas de San Miguel Golf and Resort community, a peaceful residential neighborhood centered around the beautiful Nick Faldo golf course in San Miguel de Allende. Typical of Faldo's designs, the natural setting is beautiful and the 18 fairways and greens are perfectly challenging.
Convenience is at your fingertips, with taxis, Uber or a local car service just moments away, available to take you to stores, restaurants, cathedrals, art galleries, and more. We can also arrange a car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we can arrange private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport. Please note that the house is located in a gated community, and upon booking confirmation, we will need to register your information as a guest, in order to access the community. We will collect the necessary information after confirming your reservation.
