This 622-sqm villa is located on the ground and 1st floors without an elevator. There is a private balcony and yard. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The first bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is sea facing and furnished with a king size bed. The third bedroom is sea facing and furnished with a king size bed and a single sofa-bed. The forth bedroom is sea facing and furnished with two queen size beds. Maids room is furnished with a single bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The house has five full en-suite bathrooms with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway.
