Now, let’s talk about the pool! Our home features a stunning screened-in outdoor area with lounge chairs and a dining table. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax in the spa, or soak up some Florida sunshine on the spacious pool deck. The pool area faces a lush green nature preserve, giving you that extra bit of privacy. If you’d like the pool heated, it’s available for an additional $40 per day (just make sure to request it at the time of booking).

For entertainment, you'll love our custom poker table, which doubles as a second dining table. The garage has been converted into an epic game room, complete with a pool table, a LCD TV, and a gaming station loaded with hundreds of video games.

The bedrooms are cozy and well-decorated, offering a mix of king, queen, and twin-sized beds. Two master suites come with en-suite bathrooms, while the third and fourth bedrooms have easy access to a shared full bathroom. There's one queen bed, one king bed, and a total of six twin beds, including two sets of bunk beds and two single beds.

Every room has a smart TV with all the popular streaming apps, so you can kick back and watch your favorite shows.

You’ll enter the home through the main front door, but there’s also a secondary access through the side gate attached to the pool deck. The entire home is yours to enjoy, and we hope you will treat it like your own and take care of it so you and others can come back to enjoy it time and time again.

Located just 20 minutes away from the magical world of Disney, this neighborhood boasts a convenient location without sacrificing its serene atmosphere.

As you enter the neighborhood, you'll be greeted by tree-lined streets and meticulously manicured lawns, giving the area a pristine and upscale feel. For your safety and the safety of our property, there are exterior surveillance cameras that record and store video for up to 30 days. The cameras are located at the front of the house above the garage door, on the side of the house, and above the pool deck. You will be greeted by an audio recording from the front camera above the garage upon entering the exterior of the property.

- ** AC** is monitored and must remain no lower than 70 degrees. If the AC is set below 70, it will automatically reset. If the AC shuts down due to a lower setting, you will be responsible for any service charges. By booking, you accept these terms.
- ** Tampering** with the pool or internet equipment is not acceptable. If issues arise, please reach out to the staff and try resetting your devices. Do not tamper with any equipment.
- ** Checkout reminders**:
- Pile all used towels in the hallway.
- Bag all trash and place receptacles at the curb if it’s a trash day.
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle.
- Lightly clean the counter surfaces.
- Collect all personal belongings from inside and outside the home. Check closets, drawers, and bathrooms.
- Report any incidentals or broken items.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.

Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
