Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The house is on a quiet street a 3 minute drive or 10 minute level walk from Coogee Beach, Merivale's Coogee Pavilion (Mimis, Wills, Una Mas, Rooftop Bar and 'The Pav'.) Around the corner is an excellent coffee shop / cafe and restaurant. Other notable facilities nearby a local shopping Centre, excellent restaurants and tennis courts, sports fields and playgrounds.
There is offstreet parking, a bus stop around the corner as well as the light rail and plentiful Ubers.
No pets. Please take note of cleaning products for marble.

Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
