Villa Bianca is a large and spacious property that offers plenty of room for families or groups of friends to relax and spend time together. The villa has a total surface area of 215 sqm and sits on a yard of over 2 dunams, providing plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

The property has five master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, as well as an additional staff/guest bedroom. The living areas are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals.

The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings, with a balcony terrace, gardens, and outdoor BBQ and pizza oven. The swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sunbathing loungers is a great place to relax and cool off on hot days.

There's also a playroom with a built-in bar and billiard table for indoor entertainment. The property is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing space for guests to unwind and enjoy their vacation.

The town is situated at the northern foot of Mount Paneion, 12 km northwest of Lavrio and 29 km southeast of Athens city center.

The town is easily accessible via the Greek National Road 89, which connects Gerakas to Sounio through Koropo and Lavrio, and passes through Keratea. To access the Villa, guests must arrive by car. Private vehicles are welcome, and we can also arrange transportation for our guests from any location in Greece.
