There is 24 hour concierge desk and security. The street is safe & quiet, yet you are minutes (walking) away from the bustling city. The furnishings in the apartment are bespoke and luxuriously comfortable.

This neighbourhood is a quiet, local, working neighbourhood. The street is populated with upmarket apartment blocks, in the historical, upper side of the city. You feel as if you may be in Netherlands at first glance. The night life of Long Street is one block away, yet it is absolutely quiet and peaceful in the apartment. A perfect place for a holiday or medium-long term work stay. You can walk the entire city very comfortably from here.
Walking to almost anywhere is ideal from this location. The Beaches, Table Mountain and Waterfront are on your doorstep. The My City Bus route is a step away and so is the Hop on Hop off City bus. Uber and taxis are at your door within a minute. Or you can try out the Cape Town Tuk Tuks!
We do not have a dedicated parking bay - should you need a secure parking bay - please put in a special request and we will do our best to try and arrange one for you. Alternatively there is a parkade just around the corner.
