Our Newly Modern upstairs Flat is in the Charming Short North that is seconds away from N High Street and is steps away from all Columbus has to offer in the Short North from Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bakeries, Ice Cream, you name it!

Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends, family, business trips, and individuals traveling for events that are always being held in the Short North & Columbus Area.

Please note that there is construction going on in an area near the property. It should not be noticeable, but we just wanted our guests to be aware!
Our Modern updated 2br sits on the top floor of our duplex where you will enter through the front that includes modern finishes such as Historic Hardwood Floors, Granite Counter Tops, fully renovated bathroom, fully renovated kitchen, Fine Art custom-made by our Co-Founder; William Hetherington.

Our Two Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in the Short North and feel at home! Our Modern Apartment includes one queen bed and in the master bedroom as well as a workspace for anyone needing to do work during their stay. The spare bedroom includes 3 full beds. Our common/living room space comes with two comfortable couches and a Roku tv. Our Luxurious kitchen is stocked with FREE coffee, a microwave, toaster, cutting knives/cutting board, & cookware to cook full course meals for your other behalf, friends, and family. There are a Washer and Dryer in the apartment, high-speed WIFI & a ROKU TV to watch all the Netflix you want (no cable) Right off of the kitchen is a door that leads to a brand new updated patio space to enjoy a nice cold drink or glass of wine.

There is plenty of windows allowing for natural light. Enjoy a shower that includes (Shampoo, Body Wash/soap, Towels, Face cloths, & Hand Towels)
You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in. This MUST be approved by the Host.
Short North is a very unique area as it has everything to offer no matter what your point of travel is. Plenty of nightlife, and there is plenty of areas where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet.

Right, when you step outside our Lovely Apartment you will be seconds away from North Hight Street, or other words The Short North. As you start to walk left your steps away from The Melt Bar, Famous Town Hall, Union, Seesaw, Short North Pint House, Bakersfield, Forno, The Rossi Kitchen, North Star Cafe, Short North Food Hall, Goody Boy, and many others!

There is FREE parking for 1 car that is located back behind the duplex. Any other cars would need to be parked out on the street or at a meter on North High Street.
You have lots of options for getting around in the Short North, but based on our location everything is within walking distance.
1. Uber/Lyft
2. Lime Scooters, which are great to get around Short North
3. COTA Bus depending on where you're traveling and coming from
4. Taxi
Keep in mind we have people below you as you will have access to the top apartment as marketed on the channel managers. Downstairs is our other apartment that will mostly be occupied as well.

Also, free parking is in the back of the building that gives you direct access to your apartment unlike any other apartment in the Short North.

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO Parties. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.

2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.

3. NO music video recordings at all!

4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

5. WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US.

6. HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.

If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.

7. SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then. Keep in mind our team is always here for you to ensure you have a 5-star experience. Please do not call or text the number provided through the channel you booked as it will go to voicemail. Please communicate through here unless there is a maintenance emergency

9. MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER:
Business hours for our on-the-ground team and maintenance work from 8 am to 5 pm. Our maintenance team is on call though after hours when needed and available. Please note if they DO NOT answer then they are handling another job for a guest and to text them your first/last name, property address, and concern. If there is a life-threatening or medical emergency please call 911 immediately.
