I was born in a small island in southern part of China, and migrated with my family to NYC when I was in my early teen. I went to college in NYC and then studied my PhD degree in Baltimore. Got my first job in Barcelona, Spain, and really enjoyed my time there and traveled to quite a few of countries in Europe.
I then moved to Adelaide for couple of years and now living in Melbourne for over 5 years. Aside from working in a research/science field, i like to play volleyball, camping, badminton, and explore new places.
