Formed by the Owners of Fresh Move (James and Fiona Gardner), a long standing and Independent Residential Lettings and Management Company.
We have designed a very simple and innovative solution for Holiday Owners, as an alternative to the more traditional Holiday Rental Agencies that focuses on removing several different elements to professionally market and then manage the changeovers and maintenance issues.
We have a stunning collection of exclusive luxury homestays. From city apartments to eccentric houses, we’re looking for interesting properties that inspire us to join our portfolio. There’s not a prescriptive list of must-haves for a Fresh Escapes property, but if we feel excited about the prospect of staying in your home then it’s likely others will too.
We’re passionate about property and as the luxury homestay specialists, we’ll ensure that your home doesn’t sit idle when you’re not in residence. Our bespoke marketing offers a flexible approach for the right property. If you are already marketing your home – either independently or with another agency – it’s worth finding out how we might be able to make your holiday property work better for you.
Our aim is to give our Guests an ‘escape’ from the everyday, whether that’s waking to a sea view, wandering where the air is clear, or staying amidst inspiring interiors. We do our utmost to make our Guests stay as special as possible and are personally available for them from their initial enquiry until the end of their stay. And of course, by looking after our Guests, they will hopefully return to your property and recommend to others.
