We are located in the Murray/Hill Riverside area of Jacksonville with access to both Interstates 95 and 10 within 5 minutes of the unit. We are in an urban core neighborhood close to many bars, clubs and restaurants and also very close to the downtown sporting venues, stadium and downtown concert and convention venues. The gay bars Metro, Park Place and the Bootrack are all within a 1/2 mile! The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, nicely stocked honor bar , espresso maker and many upscale amenities. New 120 Sq ft deck added in 2018 along with IKEA station in kitchen and new 42 inch flatscreen TV in the living room . One pet is accepted with a $50.00 non refundable pet fee up to one week!
