In 2023, my passion for Mexican history and culture and dream of being a tour guide lead me to do a Diploma in Mexican Gastronomy, and now I'm giving cooking classes to visitors. I haven't lived in the UK for more than 10 years - before Mexico I was in Egypt, Qatar and Sweden, so I'm a pretty open-minded guy with a lot of stories to tell. Looking forward to meeting you!
