Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. - Please note that electricity costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption, at a surcharge of EUR 0.36/kWh. The exact amount will be calculated at check-out based on consumption. - When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5€ per pet, per night applies. - Tourist taxes are charged at 1€ per night per person 12+. These costs above will be deducted from the deposit of EUR 150 after your stay. The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer before your stay. And the balance will also be transferred back within 4 weeks after your stay. - Bed-, bath- and kitchen linen are to be provided by the renter. This is not available in the accommodation.
