Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The property will be going through renovation works from Fri 28 Jul 2023 until Sat 15 Mar 2025. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available. Requires theme park admission. Loews Portofino Bay Hotel will be making repairs to the façade of the hotel from July 28, 2023 – March 15th 2025 to maintain the immersive experience of our Italian village. All work will be done during business hours 9am – 6pm. These repairs are being done one section at a time and may be visible to our guests. Guests can expect noise from time to time. Thank you for your understanding as we make these repairs to the distinctive environment we have created for our guests. The exterior of the hotel is under renovation. The work is estimated to be completed by March 15, 2025. During this time, scaffolding is in place in certain areas of the hotel. There may be intermittent noise and dust. Some walkways may be re-routed. Some guest rooms may have views blocked by scaffolding or sheeting over the windows. All of the hotel’s services, shops, restaurants and bars are available. The hotel’s swimming pools will remain open throughout the hotel renovation. Scaffolding and intermittent noise will impact the pools when the renovation progresses to different areas. The hotel offers three swimming pools and only one pool will be impacted at any time.
