Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the use of air conditioning carries the following charges: EUR 6 per day per apartment. EUR 25 per day per villa. A deposit of between €300 and €1,000 (depending on the accommodation) is required as a credit card charge to cover possible damages, additional cleaning costs, theft or departures outside of established hours. This amount, less the 2.5% bank fee for collection at the POS, will be refunded once the accommodation has been verified within 2 weeks of departure. 7. Once the accommodation has been reserved, no change of ownership can be made, without entailing any expense. 8. All accommodations are equipped with a basic supply (kitchen paper, toilet paper and perhaps seasonings salt/pepper, etc.). Once finished, the company will not be responsible for supplying these elements and it will be the guest who will have to be responsible for their purchase.
