The spa and Oz Bar on the roof deck will undergo improvements starting September 2024, followed by the fitness center on October 2024. For bookings where guest name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card used to make the booking, the credit card used and a valid ID of the card holder must be presented upon check-in. Accommodation requirements & procedures shall be based on the latest local government guidelines otherwise hotel has the right to cancel bookings. Kindly expect a reconfirmation email from the Reservations team prior to arrival. Pool and gym are operating at limited capacity and require prior reservation at the Front Desk.
