Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. All bookings, even if you choose the payment option Pay Later, will be charged 50% deposit immediately upon booking. All guests must agree to the Booking Terms and Conditions. The property will be in touch after booking using the contact details found on the booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy.
