The house has carpet throughout, and a large living space that adjoins the sun room which has an outdoor setting. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms - one featuring a cast iron bath tub. Other features include a dining room and laundry facilities. There is a wood fireplace in the lounge room, with timber supplied, and air conditioning keeps the entire house warm with added electric blankets on beds. Entertainment includes a TV, a piano and board games. There is a covered car parking area.
