Inviting open plan living and dining with well positioned fireplace and opening out to verandah. TV and entertainment system with DVD/CD collections. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessities including oven, microwave, water filter and coffee machine. Undercover carport and gas BBQ provided on verandah. Included also is a complimentary local bottle of wine, crackers, tea/coffee making facilities (with long life milk and sugar satchets), locally made soaps, all linen and firewood. Access to the property is via a 600m long driveway which is steep in places. The steeper sections have been concreted and are equipped with guide posts and reflectors to enable ease of access to the cottage both day and night. Eagle's Nest holiday home is within 4 minutes drive of Stanthorpe township, offering local shops, cafes and supermarkets, and 5 minutes drive from Stanthorpe Golf Course. Accommodation is not available for children under 14 years old. Accommodation (Bed 2 & ensuite) is equipped for disabled guests however it is recommended that a carer accompany a disabled person.
