It is located in a quiet and private setting yet is within a short walking distance from a range of bars and restaurants. Rundle Mall is just a 7-minute drive from the property. Accommodation at Hume Serviced Apartments offers fully-furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment is modern and spacious. Features include a fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan living area, bathroom, study area, laundry and large private balcony. Some apartments also offer amazing views of the city or the stunning Adelaide Hills. Nearby public transport routes make it convenient for you to visit Adelaide Oval, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, the Art Gallery of South Australia, the Adelaide Botanic Gardens and more. On-site parking is available at an additional charge. Acclaimed Adelaide wineries including Hahndorf Hill Winery and Bird In Hand Winery are within a 1-hour drive from the property. Glenelg Beach is a 25-minute drive away.

Accommodation policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for AUD 20 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 17 years old and over stay for AUD 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% non-refundable charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3% non-refundable charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. A pre-authorization of AUD 100 is required on credit card upon arrival for incidentals, for example: late check-out, car park, cleaning fee or damage. The pre-authorization will be released if there are no incidentals on check-out. Full housekeeping service is available for bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

We believe they are a good alternative in locations where we have less hosts/no host.
