This property does not have an elevator or a lift and the majority of the rooms are accessed via stairs only. If you expect to arrive after 5pm, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you have made a non-refundable booking the total amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. If you have made a refundable booking the first night will be charged to hold your room and if canceled within the cancellation period a full refund will be provided. A credit charge surcharge of 1.65% plus a $0.30 transaction fee will apply for all Visa and Mastercard payments. This property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces and a maximum of 1 parking permit will be issued per room. This however does not guarantee a parking spot. Housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 3 or more nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. This property is located in a busy area on the Gold Coast Highway and guests may experience road noise. Due to the construction of the Gold Coast’s Light Rail Stage 3 there may be construction noise surrounding our premises. Please note from September 2023 our building is undergoing external painting and construction of the Gold Coast’s Light Rail Stage 3 will begin so there may be construction noise surrounding our premises.
