The Huaterhof is a traditional holiday home in a quiet location 900 metres from the centre of Zell am Ziller. The spacious apartments offer a south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain view to the Zitter Valley. The free ski bus stops right outside. Decorated in a traditional Tirol style, the apartments feature a kitchenette with a dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Free wired internet access is provided. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Guests can play table tennis and use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The garden includes a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and a children’s playground. Free private parking is available on site. Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as a cross-country ski run, are right outside. The Rosenalmbahn Cable Car and the Zillertal Arena Ski Area can be reached by car or ski bus in 5 minutes.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
