The property has a small wellness area with a Finnish sauna, an aroma steam shower and an infrared cabin, which can be used upon prior reservation. The Bio-Bauernhof offers rooms and apartments, all with a private bathroom. Some have a balcony or terrace, living room and kitchenette. Each apartment has its own chicken nest, and a washing machine and WiFi are available free of charge. The farm has many animals, including rabbits, chickens, cats, cows, sheep, goats, ducks and guinea pigs. The property also has a large children’s playground and an indoor play room with a playhouse, slide and billiards table. A lounge area with a small library is also available. Transfer to and from the train station can be organised free of charge and massages are available once a week against a surcharge. The private use of the spa area needs to be requested in advance. Private parking is available on site free of charge. The local supermarket and town centre are just 100 metres away. Liezen is 7 km away and nearest ski area can be reached by car in 20 minutes.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
