Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found smoking in the property will be charged a fee for damages. All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59. A surcharge of EUR 90 applies for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59. A surcharge of EUR 120 applies for arrivals after 01:00. Please note that a copy of an identification document such as a passport, driving licence, or ID is required before arrival. Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is required before arrival.
