This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check in is online only. Guests must check in online before arrival to avoid delays. You will receive self-check-in entry codes and instructions by SMS/WhatsApp. ID is required for every guest entering the premises prior to receiving your self-check-in entry codes. This property charges a non-refundable deposit waiver fee of £15.40 per room that is required to check in. **Late Check-In:** If you haven’t completed the online check-in before 10:59 PM on your arrival date, there is an out-of-hours check-in charge, subject to staff availability. **Guest Registration:** For the security and safety of all guests and access to the building, every guest must be registered with the reception (provide ID). Unregistered guests will not be permitted to enter the building. Registering guests after you have checked in will incur a booking modification fee. Check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-out, when booked in advance (before 9am) by email or SMS/ Whats App, is £15 per hour. When not booked in advance, there is a higher charge up to 11:59 AM. After 12:00 noon, a higher relocation charge will apply. **Extending Your Stay:** If you extend your stay through a third party (not directly with the hotel) you must check out by 10 AM and check back in after 3 PM, you may not be allocated the same room. This property charges the deposit waiver fee again so that you avoid checking out and back in, so you can remain in the same room. **No Smoking:** For the safety of our guests, smoking is only permitted outside the premises. Smoking out of the window, in any room or on the premises incurs a penalty. **Other Fees** You may also be charged fees for changing rooms, name changes, card payment fees, modifying your reservation, date changes, express identification verification, or out-of-hours check-in. Guests can avoid extra charges by checking in online, registering every guest before arrival and paying the deposit waiver per guest, ensuring the name on the booking confirmation matches your government identification, registering all pets, returning all keys, not removing items from the property and adhering to the strict check-out times.
